As we gear up for the BEJL Show and Auction, all exhibitors must follow the official rules and requirements to ensure fairness and eligibility. Please review the following reminders:
-- BEJL Rule Reminder: Participation is open only to verified FFA and 4-H members in Box Elder County.
Members must have completed 3rd grade (as of 2024) through 12th grade (including the summer after high school graduation).
4-H exhibitors must be properly enrolled with the USU Extension office in the livestock project area they plan to show in.
FFA exhibitors must be enrolled in the livestock project through their local FFA chapter.
State and local membership guidelines apply and will be enforced.
❗️At Weigh-In:
If you are not registered with 4-H or FFA, you will be asked to exit the line and provide proof of registration. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the BEJL Show and Auction.
If you are not registered on bejlauction.com as an exhibitor, you will be asked to exit the line and register. If refused, you will not be allowed to participate.
If your animal's tag number is not entered on bejlauction.com by weigh-in, you will be asked to exit the line and register it. If refused, the animal will not be eligible for the show or auction.
✅ Avoid delays and disappointment – get everything registered and verified NOW.

Weigh in morning :

Your hog will need a white/yellow button EID tag to cross the scale. EID tags will need to be scanned with a reader.
If you have lost your white EID tag please contact Chris Sorensen at (435) 230-1036 or Whitney Westmoreland at (435) 452-1702 asap!
